My Holy Grail Products for Smooth, Hydrated Hair
My hair is quite difficult to manage. It’s absurdly thick, and I get massive snarls in an instant. It also dries out quite easily, and the ends are crunchy. It’s a complete pain; if I don’t make sure to use proper hair care products, I end up with a huge, damaged puff ball of hair that I can’t even run a brush through. Over the past year or so, I’ve managed to find some products that have transformed my hair from at thick and tangled mess, to a lush, hydrated mane. If you struggle with dry hair or hair that snarls easily, keep reading! You may end up loving these products.
I have been using this OGX Nourishing Coconut Weightless Hydrating Oil for about a year now. This is actually my second bottle, and it’s almost out! This spray contains coconut oil and bamboo extract to hydrate and soften your hair. I always use two spritzes in my hair after each shower. It adds good shine, makes it easier to brush, and also smells great! Plus, it is very affordable; you can get it on Amazon for only $5.
The next product I love is the Briogeo “Don’t Despair, Repair!” mask. I have gone through many hair masks over the last few years, looking for one that would tame my frizz and coarse ends. For a long time, I used the Salon Selective’s 3 Minute Hair Therapy Mask, but I think they changed the formula because it stopped working for me. Briogeo’s mask, however, has not let me down! I received it in a Boxycharm box a few months ago, and I have been obsessed! I am almost done with the bottle, and I plan on purchasing more soon. I use it weekly as a deep conditioning treatment, and it always leaves my hair noticeably softer. It contains ingredients such as B vitamins, rosehip oil, argan oil, and collagen; all of which will give you shinier and healthier hair. I use the 2 oz size, which you can order on Briogeo for $20:
The last product I use is an herbal shampoo and conditioner set from Nature Queen Beauty. This is my newest addition to my Holy Grail hair products, because I received it in a Glossybox the first week of November. However, they have blown my mind, and I have been using them every time I wash my hair. They don’t contain harmful parabens and chemicals, but instead use natural extracts and essential oils to nourish your hair. They are quite strongly scented, and I find myself getting delicious whiffs of my own hair throughout the day. My hair feels so clean after using these, and I love knowing that I’m not putting junk all over my head. These are a little pricier, but worth it in my opinion. You can purchase the shampoo and conditioner travel set from Nature Queen Beauty for $16.
My hair has never looked healthier! It has great shine and texture, and it is so easy to brush.
I hope you found this post useful! What are some of your Holy Grail hair products?
