There's a few things that impact your productivity and creativity, and that's in the habits you build.

⁣According to studies, up to 40% of our daily actions are powered by habits. Everyone wants to be more productive but unfortunately life happens and gets in the way. Here's a few simple but effective steps to creating a productive daily routine:

Wake up 15 minutes earlier.

Imagine how much more you could do in those 15 minutes that you spend scrolling on your Instagram feed? The list is endless!⁣⁣

Prepare a podcast for your morning routine

It's the time you could normally zone out or listen to music, but instead, you're replacing it with riveting ideas that could lead you to more actions and success.⁣⁣

Find movement every 60 minutes ⁣

The quick break allows your brain to pause and rejuvenate. If you find yourself checking your phone too much, it's also a good indicator that you should go out for a walk. ⁣⁣

Don't check your email until it's actually time to work⁣

The first thing you do, see, or hear when you wake up sets the tone for the rest of your day. Let your mornings be all you. You'll have time to email all you want later.⁣⁣

Write what you need to get done for the day

Pick three major things that need to get done for the day and write it down on paper to help you visualize what’s going on in your head.
